We recently conducted a Survey to see what you, our valued customers, really
think of our Holiday Parks.
We asked you to rate areas of the park including Accommodation, Facilities,
Entertainment, Arrival, and Ease of Booking.
The scores were worked out against a percentage rating where
100% = Excellent, 75% = very good, 50% = good, and 25% = not
very good
Overall you gave Steeple Bay a brilliant score of 88%, with individual scores for the Accommodation at 92%, and the overall Entertainment at 89% and Kids Club at 100%!!

Park Holidays UK record investment in improved facilities
Park Holidays UK have completed another programme of improvements in fantastic park facilities for the 2008 season.
Major club refurbishments have taken place recently at Harts in Kent, Oaklands in Essex and at Solent Breezes in Hampshire. This follows the new bar and restaurant facilities that were well received at St Osyth Beach, Seawick, Marlie Farm and Coghurst Hall.
Plans are at an advanced stage for our next projects including Frenchmans Beach and
Seaview - so watch this space!
